From the Field to the Front Lines, Now Leveling the Playing Field for Every Athlete

Gregory's journey began on the baseball diamonds and soccer fields of high school, where he spent four years competing and learning what it truly means to be part of a team. After graduation, he answered the call to serve his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership skills and unwavering commitment to excellence that would shape his future endeavors.

For eight transformative years, Gregory brought his passion for sports full circle, working in Minor League Baseball with the Hudson Valley Renegades (during their Tampa Bay Devil Rays affiliation) as Assistant Director of Operations. In this role, he managed grounds crew operations and stadium logistics while working directly with players, coaches, and staff—witnessing firsthand both the incredible talent that exists at every level and the barriers that too often prevent deserving athletes from being discovered.

This experience revealed a fundamental problem: too many talented athletes were being overlooked not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked connections.

Driven by his Marine Corps values of honor, commitment, and leaving no one behind, Gregory built Next Level Athletes to revolutionize how athletic talent is discovered and developed. This comprehensive platform levels the playing field, ensuring every athlete—regardless of background or connections—can showcase their abilities, verify their achievements, and connect with the opportunities they deserve.
